Azita Ghanizada

Azita A. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has appeared in many television series. She was born in Northern Virginia, and is the middle daughter from two siblings. Ghanizada was brought up within Northern Virginia and is the middle child with two older sisters. Her career on air began with a string of National Commercials. In the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2004) Ghanizada was the principal character in Chiara a performance for which she received an award for best actress at a film festival nomination. Her television credits are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. Her most recent roles include the role of a supporting character on the show Blood Shot, (2009) - based on the science fiction movie Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). In 2008 Ghanizada joined the cast of the General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital. Season two of Nightshift, she played holistic doctor the Dr. Saira Bastra. Ghanizada appeared as Kelly as the Prada character on HBO's Entourage.
